DSC04413Hi. I’m Scott Hazeu, and I have nothing clever to write here. Honestly, I haven’t settled on the purpose or audience for this blog, but rather than do nothing, I’m going to figure it out as I go and count it a win whenever there is  fresh writing posted.

I teach literature and writing to Grade 12 students, and I want to foster more collaboration and reflection in the space I share with those readers and writers. Technology is one tool that can help accomplish this goal, in part because I will learn along with the students as we build relationships and skills.

This blog was created to facilitate participation in a MOOC, but I hope it will help me reflect on and grow in my classroom practice. The big dream is also to give something back, however small, to all the educators who have so generously shared with me on the journey.
